This Food Activist is using her abilities to cook wholesome foods made from plants to help the world be a much better place, seeing black and brown communities suffer from the lack of food knowledge and struggle to live a quality life because of food insecurities, her Sunday markets down in St Pete, Fl is helping the narrative of the south side community change and be flipped right on it's head, by providing a more cleaner and ethical service of food products, not only good for the most underserved communities of St Petersburg Fl, but also a work that provides a service to the planet.

Dr. Jen is a Writer, Poet and Author, An empath who healed her own nervous system which helped her allign back to her souls mission, Jen is also on a mission to help athletes return back to life after sports, using her gifted abilites to facilitate Meditations, Breathwork Practices and Spiritual Guidance for Athletes and other artist who seek to step out in belief of their souls passion.
