Following the example of Jesus, we invest in a few to impact many. We play the long game: sharing the gospel, our lives, and leadership deeply with a few.

Our strategy is multiplication, not addition. We are disciples who make disciples who make disciples. We do this by entering into relationships with people to help them trust and follow Jesus. It is through this exponential development that we co-mission with Jesus and obey His great commission.
