We are followers first. Our ability to lead is directly proportional to our commitment to follow.

We constantly rely on the Spirit, seek guidance in the Word and through prayer, and submit to the Lord’s leading. We do this personally and corporately, trusting that Jesus will reveal His purposes for His Church.

God is the author of our story. He is writing our role in His redemptive plan. Our strategies are fully surrendered to His will.
