Today's entry shares my thoughts on what we can do to prevent suicide. I'm convinced we can do so much more to bring awareness to mental illness and its challenges. Let’s do more. I challenge you to share a resource on whatever social network you spend your time on at least once per week about mental health and suicide prevention.
