Achola is the creator of the very educational instagram account @inclusiveiceland and works towards raising awareness of the underrepresented priorities of women of foreign origin, people of colour and minorities. She holds an MA in International Affairs from the University of Iceland and has worked in different specialist positions relating to immigrant issues in Iceland.
