There are many interesting names that are used to talk about the champion of our faith. Some of these names were found in prophetic scripture ages before he appared on earth. For some both beforecand when he is described as the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world, for others he is the King of the Jews, for others he was and is the Healer, others describe him as the Son of God, still others call him the Lion of The Tribe of Judah. Each of these names have deeper implications. Notable is the idea that in the Old Testament GOD was decribed himself as I am That I am. Later those who interacted with him understood that He was all encompassing. He is what you need Him to be. As the Son of David though it is interesting when you utilize the 23rd Psalm where the humble King describes the Lord as his shephard. This is therefore the weight of the ideas that are discussed in Lydia Labanya’s book where he gives the reader keys that will help in the faith journey with the CHRIST serving as ones shepherd. Those in Uganda are welcome to attend the book launch backed by 20 years in the faith and full of useful scriptural practical tips.
