It's hard not to gossip.  Gossip is usually the transfer of information about another in the absence of the person.  Judging usually comes during or after the gossip.  LOL.  Don't do it.  You will be happier if you don't.  Just mind your business that's all, mind your business.  

Show respect to everyone.

No matter what you, shine like a light bulb, even when you get screwed.

Treat people like you want to be treated.

Preparation is key to having peace.

You must define what happiness means to you; nobody else can.
