As parents we make decisions that even, at times, we don't like. So imagine having to make your decision while co-parenting and having to take that other persons feelings into context and consideration. Now imagine being the other person and dealing with the hurt, pain and disappointment because your feelings aren't being considered, better yet they're being stomped on.

Today I (Penrose) listen as Blk Paco shares a detailed situation regarding his personal life, involving one of his children and their mother. A situation that most men can identify with, some women would be against yet other would champion for. Today we discuss the moving of a child and the effects it has on his relationship as her father. We discuss his reasons for disliking the move and how he's dealing with it.

Also, Penrose voices his opinion on ppl who appropriate their own culture yet they don't even know it. In lieu of Gina Rodriguez, 'Jane the Virgin' , and her saying "Nigga" in a rap lyric a debate was sparked on who can say it and when. Penrose lends his voice and opinion plus a small amount of facts to the conversation.

Today Penrose attempted to discuss his thoughts regarding heterosexual men who date transgender women and have an open conversation with Paco. That's not what happened. This show is long, about everything, ,nothing and all of life in between.

We did originally have a topic, a direction and a cause, then two friends started talking. From Paco cutting off his beard, to dui's to life with our children, we have always been extremely personal. Well today we decided to pretty much let you into a personal phone conversation..... or at least that's what it turned into. Jokes about crack head titty bars, state hate, sexual orientation and the ignorance of not understanding and the hopes that someone would teach. Today we just went all over the place and then ended up right back in your hearts. I don't think you're going to listen to all of this, but if you do you'll be offended, you'll laugh, you'll think, you'll have fun but God Bless.......

We recorded this on 9-11-19, in doing so we reflected on where we were on that tragic day 18 years ago. The day the world slowed down for our country, the day time stood still, the day we didn't know what to expect next. Today as you listen, we ask you the same question. Where were you?

It's a deeper conversation than weave and should you or would you but more of why Black Women wear weave (from a mans perspective ) i.e. because it's easier and who has time (Penrose) or because of laziness (Not Penrose lol). We attempt to dig as deep as we can on the issue, while no women were involved but I'm sure you'll love the conversation.

Fellas and Ladies, are we paying for comfort or is monetary value = to the level of love that you have for your mate. We discuss that in essence even if you're married you're paying for comfortin your life vs a divorce lol.

Welcome back to We Got the Draws, thank you for your time. Today we discuss manipulation and how it's not such an ugly word. We all use manipulation in order to succeed yet when we fail we call foul and say the other person is manipulating us. Yet are they really? Today Paco and I discuss the difference between manipulation and simply falling short.

We also discuss the scene of a man not wanting to sleep with a woman. It seems that when men turn down sexual advances we are either weird or we are sending signals that something is wrong with the woman. Sometimes that's not the case, sometimes men are in their feelings and just don't want to fuck, sometimes we want to know you for you. We discuss the training we receive as children and how it applies to us as adults i.e. women should always expect men want sex, men can do what they like etc etc.
