13:00 How does tanking appear to affect the players and the fans? Golden State when they were bad because Steph Curry was out people were more understanding, but it got more confusing the following year when Steph was better and they didn’t go for as many wins as they could.

16:00 Rockets fans (and most fan bases) are very passionate, have a lot of feelings about choices teams are making. Hard on players like Christian Woods who was brought in before the team started actively tanking. Losing gets to everyone.

John Wall situation in Houston is largely due to his big contract but it does make things hard. If the players and the front office are open and honest with each other then things are not likely to get toxic.
