In today’s episode, I share why I am taking a break from the podcast and what it is my heart and Soul are calling me to. I share the power of taking a PAUSE right now and why it is so so important. The pause will bring more focus and intention into your life and will enable you to consciously create your life in a way that feels in total alignment with your true self. I share my resistance to the PAUSE and breaking family patterns around this. I talk about everything that matters to me right now and why I need to focus on those.
