In this holiday episode we touch on someting that is cruciial for every believer. Espescially those who want o represent God in an ungodly generation. Witghout prayer it is impossible to carry out what God has called us to do here on earth. The songs featured on this episode hight the nessisity of prayer in the Christian's walk.

This show is a special marathon episode. It will consist of multiple people sharing their experience, strength, and hope. It is my prayer that their testimonies will bless someone listening. Three speakers who struggled with various types of addictions will share their stories. Check this out maybe you can relate to someone's story. The attitude of gratitude in their lives have compelled them to give away what was freely given to them.   

Sometimes the pain has to get great enough for a person to consider changing. Until the pain and consequences get great, we often can endure the misery and madness of addiction. The fact that denial is at work in our lives only makes matter worst as we sware we have no problem when everyone can tell we truly need help. We get to the point where we try to pretend that we don't care but really we know deep down inside its time for a change. Many of us in recovery have been there. Today can be your turning point. This Holiday Season Segment  " An Attitude of Gratitude" is just a reminder to give thanks and praise at all times for the One who makes all things possible for us. We can not represent God in an ungodly generation without being grateful for Who he is and the many great things He has done. If He never does another thing for us, Has he not given us the greatest gift ever given to men?

Can you Imagine one of the top running backs in the NFL trying to play the game with no cleats? How well would he be able to carry the rock? How big of a difference ONE PIECE of Equipment can make! Even with a helmet, shoulder pads, and other body armor/pads, the absence of cleats would spell doom to the most talented and gifted athlete in the NFL.

There are many who are stuck in life and some have even given up hope, if this sounds like the all too familiar nightmare that many are going through; join me as I share my wisdom, insight and ask the question, are you living your dream?

Often we spend a great deal of time focused on the problem. But there comes point when we must shift gears because our very recovery demands it if we are to progress and begin to live and enjoy a new way of living. This is what this season and this episode are about. We are not making light of the fact that we all have real issues, but we are focusing on the SOLUTION. We continue discussing the "Celebrate Recovery" model or approach to recovery and how the solution can be found in Christ and in having a relationship with Him.

Luke 8:16 "No one lights a lamp and hides it in a clay jar or puts it under a bed. Instead, they put it on a stand, so that those who come in can see the light.Nothing this world and the enemy of our souls should cause the called of God to retreat or hide in fear. We are saddened by the acts of violence taken against the children of God and we pray for the family members of those who have lost their loved ones. But we know that for the believer to die is gain and to live is Christ. The gates of hell shall not prevail. It's not the time to cower but to go harder after God and soul winning. It's not the time to quench the Spirit. It's time to FLAME ON for the Lord. 

We are in prayer for those who are greiveing in Texas after the mass church shooting. May the God of  all comfort be with you in this time as our hearts weep and break with you.
