The final episode of "The Walking Dead: World Beyond" has come and gone, as well as the final episode of "Fear the Walking Dead" Season 7A, and certainly a lot of things happened in both episodes, but it's fair to say that Chappell (@Chappells_show), AJ (@AJMass), Josh (@roundhoward) & Jess (@HaymakerHattie) are slightly more invested in a piece of "Fear the Walking Dead" casting news that dropped yesterday morning. Certainly if you want to talk about which "World Beyond" characters might show up on other shows, whether or not Alicia really IS immune to zombie bites, or the implications of fast French zombies that can survive a headshot, there's plenty of that here, but there's also an exhaustive rundown of every possible scenario that could bring a certain beloved cast member back into the "Fear" fold. And we do mean EVERY possible scenario. We're just too excited to think about anything else. So if you don't want to be spoiled about upcoming additions to the "Fear" cast...well, you aren't going to be able to avoid it. Sorry not sorry.

"Fear the Walking Dead World Beyond" may be over, but of course we're just getting started! Join us in February for the return of "The Walking Dead" prime, and from that point forward we'll be podcasting about zombies nonstop until summertime at bare minimum.

It's the home stretch of Fear the Walking Dead World Beyond, but the action is in a bit of a slump. Nevertheless, Jess (@HaymakerHattie), Chappell (@Chappells_Show) & AJ (@AJMass) are here to recap and review all of it for you. This week, they are bidding a fond-ish farewell to Maggie Grace's Al, discussing what makes a character pop (and what doesn't), and dissecting the finer points of the Bennett family's escape plan while marveling at the fact that Jadis has figured out basically none of it. They'll also discuss the tantalizing prospect of a lengthy post-credits sequence in the World Beyond series finale, and ponder what would be the most satifsying reveal. Another week of Fear the Walking Dead and The Walking Dead World Beyond is in the books, and Jess (@HaymakerHattie), AJ (@AJMass) & Chappell (@Chappells_Show) are picking up the emergency phone to dial in another Post Show Recaps episode of Fear the Walking Dead World Beyond. On Fear this week, they'll break down Sarah's hunt for Wendell, Strand's descent into madness, and the whereabouts of everyone left alive in the universe. On World Beyond, they mostly just complain about Jadis.

Also, an entire year ago, Chappell spent an episode of FTWDWB constantly referring to a character who did not actually appear in the FTWD canon until THIS WEEK! How is that possible? Jess has the receipts and we'll try to figure out if this is a strange mistake in the show bible, Scott Gimple's conscious tribute to Fear the Walking Dead's favorite podcasters, or if Chappell is actually a time traveler.

It's been a long week in their respective bunkers, and Jess (@HaymakerHattie), Chappell (@Chappells_show) & Josh (@roundhoward) aren't sure if what they just watched was real or not, so they're getting together to try and piece it all together. They'll start with "Fear the Walking Dead" and ponder why the Walking Dead universe is so obsessed with garbage bunkers, whether there's dry cleaning post-apocalypse, and if all roads on Fear will lead to the tower. As they segue into "The Walking Dead: World Beyond," they'll discuss who the weak links in the gang's escape plan are, who wears the corduroy best, and whether there are any shows left that can deliver more than 10 episodes' worth of story in a single season. They'll finish up by determining which show won the week and complaining some more about being served another Robert Patrick twist.

This show contains mild spoilers for the "Walking Dead" flagship as well as Grey's Anatomy, The Wizard of Oz, Game of Death, and the Harry Potter franchise.
