Before Terry died, he and Scot spent many days together pre-recording their Conversations Podcast. It has not been easy to edit these episodes, hearing Terry’s voice and missing the wisdom he so easily shared from scripture. Terry very much wanted to encourage people in their spiritual walks, especially in the matter of grace. So, we are thankful to have these treasured episodes to share.

 

In this episode Terry says, “Instead of only wanting to grow in faith, love or hope, the passion of our hearts needs to be to grow in grace.” Grace and favor are interchangeable terms in scripture, and both are critical to our spiritual walks. Old Testament Bible figures, such as Joseph, Esther and Daniel walked in the favor or grace of God. Jesus himself grew in wisdom, stature and in favor. Great grace was upon the early church, drawing multitudes of lost souls into the Kingdom of God.
