I've always felt uneasy about my race as far as working together and networking. I felt the tension even when it wasn't supposed to be there. But I've finally had the courage to talk about it. Of course, I will have many more videos about this topic and share ways on how to speak up on racial stereotypes and racial equality (yes, in our own race too)!

Think what you want think, but as a community we need to STICK together!
