On World Mental Health Day, Carol Ofori had a conversation with Roshni Parbhoo-Seetha, who is the Projects Co-Ordinator at the South African Depression and Anxiety Group. Roshni unpacked the current state of South Africa's mental health and also offered excellent advice for anyone suspecting they might need help.
