In honor of National Mentoring Month, we have a special episode of We Over Me for you starring four Iowa TeamMates mentors!

These four graciously shared their amazing stories with us during our time together, and they truly are an inspiration!

These mentors are simply an outlet for our pride of being a reflection of YOU!

In honor of National Mentoring Month 2024, we present you with a We Over Me special interview with guests DeMoine Adams and his mentee, Malachi Hopkins. The pair joined Hannah Miller to talk about their journey together as mentor and mentee, why they are truly a reflection of each other, and why we are such a PROUD reflection of them!

This week is very special because it is our last regular episode of season one of We Over Me! For this bittersweet moment, we were joined by David, Alayna, and Hannah as they read and chatted about different mentee stories. Mentors don't always get the opportunity to hear the impact they are making from their mentee, so we decided to change that. These mentee accounts are just the boost we needed, and the effect that is displayed within them is everything we hope for.

We want to give a huge thank you to each and every one of you for making the first season of We Over Me so special. We will see you at the season finale live show in July!

As we enter the last month of our regularly scheduled episodes, we wanted to share a very special one with you today!

Three amazing mentors, DeMoine, Allyson, and Hannah, came together to share their stories about mentoring, what has impacted them the most, and why mentoring matters in their eyes.

We were also gifted with the opportunity to give space for a bittersweet message from our very own, Allyson, about her journey. Allyson, you are the epitome of mentorship, and we know you are going to continue making lasting impacts on the world while on your new path.

Welcome back to WE OVER ME!

This week, three of our awesome Regional Coordinators (RCs), Lisa, Tiffany, and Angee, took the time to get down to the nitty gritty about what it is like being in the role of a Regional Coordinator. Our RCs cover a TON of ground, and they take care of a lot of chapters. They love being a part of their communities, and so greatly appreciate when they get the opportunity to be a part of yours!

We truly could not be the kind of organization we are without our superhuman Regional Coordinators and all they do to better our program.

Our RCs are the physical representation of "Be There", and we thank you for #BeingThere, too! ❤️

Welcome back to We Over Me!

On this week's episode, we were joined by two previous Program Coordinators (PCs), Tiffany & Kristin! These two were inspired by their past roles of being PCs, so they had no trouble sharing that passion with each other for us to listen to as they dove into what it is that Program Coordinators do and how important they are!

We have such an appreciation for our Program and Building Coordinators, and even though we try, we can't put our love for our them into words. These special, chapter cheerleaders are the light that sparks the magic between matches, and our program wouldn't be possible without them!

Think about who in your life is your personal program coordinator, and let them know how much you appreciate them!

TeamMates Mentoring is not just for students in grades 3-12, we also offer our forever-friend opportunities to post-secondary students! Our TeamMates + program is one we hold close to our hearts, and we love the memories we get to make with the amazing, new adults who take part in this journey with us.

This trio sat down to talk about their own college experiences, to give some advice they have for students, and where their paths within TeamMates + have taken them.
