The backlash from the Supreme Court’s leaked draft opinion to Politico on the decision to overturn Roe v. Wade – which would end federally sanctioned abortion rights – has not been quiet.
While the draft is not final and published yet, and California Governor Gavin Newson has already vowed to build a “firewall” for abortion rights, outraged people and activists are taking to the streets across the country in protest, including in San Francisco, where Mayor London Breed spoke out.
