911 trains on CAD going down (or at least they should) and also trains on what to do when our phones may need to be re-routed.  How often does 911 train on what to do if/when the radio goes down?  This episode asks all sorts of questions about backup radio scenarios and understanding what options are available and how we might start to train on these possibilities to be prepared for future events.  

This episode focuses on vacation picks for 911 centers and the multiple different ways that agencies do this.  The panelists also discuss if there are some holidays where everyone is required to work and are unable to pick, how far out vacation picks can be made, how many days can you pick at one time--all the questions surrounding vacation picks in 911 are discussed.  How does your agency handle vacation picks?
