After a year of working together, exploring, sharing, and curating stories, the We the Family community came together to celebrate their accomplishments. Join us to celebrate with our creative partners, Journeyman Ink and spoken word poet Micah Wilson.

Co-design is often a term that is shied away from by many organizations. Literacy Achieves, in Dallas, Texas, has mastered the art of inclusion by listening to the needs of their families and incorporating their ideas into the learning process. Birgit Scott shares the organizational perspective of Family Service Learning and why co-design is important to community success.

We often perceive that parents stop being involved in their children's education once they hit middle or high school. Learn how these two incredible moms changed that narrative and created Padres Unidos to support high school parents and students.
