But the archive barely mentions us. And in leadership rooms, we are often the only ones who look and sound like us.

At the center of the podcast is identity, leaders shaped by their Caribbean heritage. Stacey and Denise discuss the name WHISTLE. It comes from a scientific phenomenon in the Caribbean Sea called the Rossby Whistle. It is a low vibration created when the Caribbean Sea interacts with powerful ocean currents. The vibration begins in Caribbean waters and travels far beyond its point of origin, and can even be detected from space. 
That is the metaphor behind WE WHISTLE: Caribbean influence that moves through global systems. Often quiet but always impactful and undeniable.
