This week Tamara has a bit of girl chat with Anna, an artist, and handcrafter. Anna, a sensual person is on a journey to embrace more of her sexuality and find confidence.

- The conversation starts out speaking about creativity as an outlet and Anna's experience of always being an artist and how she does illustrations that empower women
- Anna talks about growing up in German society (in a huge Muslim culture) and how the dress code in Germany is so modest
- As a child, she was super confident and loved her younger self
- Moving schools, she had to deal with the pressures of not feeling up to par with her peers as well as getting bullied which caused her to lose her confidence and feel insecure
- Tamara and Anna talk about the need to feel validated in the education system and how when it comes to a child's education you can't fit a square peg into a round hole
- Feeling alone, caused her to become troubled and bulimic

- Trying to strive for the perfect look, we see in magazines and social media is not realistic
- When living up to non-existent beauty standards, you're not actually striving to look a certain way or like someone else, you're actually just striving to have their confidence and to look and feel confident
- As women, we're always striving for perfection and taught to feel like we're never enough
- You grow when you become uncomfortable
- The importance of knowing what is happening in our bodies especially around our cycles
