In this episode, we're joined by international wealth coach Morgana Rae as she talks you through her six time-tested steps to turn your personal Money Monster of scarcity into a Money Honey of abundance. “Your financial situation reflects your inner Relationship with Money,” says Rae. “If you don’t like your finances, something has to change in your relationship” and Morgana shows how to jumpstart that transformation.
Morgana starts the conversation by speaking about how she's in the best place of her life and life only gets better into your 40s and 50s and we felt so inspired by this! She talks about meeting her partner and getting married in their 40s. In fact, she's at number 25 of her 100 weddings in 100 destinations! She even mentions a few of her favourite destination weddings and trust me, you don't want to miss this! It's like something you've never heard before!
We speak about the relationship between love and money and the economic empowerment of women to be financially secure on their own without depending on a partner/husband to help in the financial department, but also how both men and women need to be financially responsible.
Morgana dropped some really important gems here, starting with
*How her finances changed once her relationship with money changed
*Our unconscious need to protect ourselves from what we want
*Money is the number 1 excuse human beings make
* How people often state money as 'the root of all evil'
In this episode, we learn
*How to value and respect money
*We get down to the root cause of why we push away money. It's actually never about money, but what money represents.
*And, how we can create a polarity in which the magic and transformation can happen through Morgana's 6 step process of going from scarcity to abundance
"When you get rid of the monster, all that exists is love"

In this episode, we're joined by Robert Riopel, an international best-selling author, speaker, trainer, and serial entrepreneur. Robert talks about going into $150,000 of debt and being stressed to financially free by the age of 32. Robert discovered his passion for training others because he felt that if he could even assist 1 person in their financial freedom, it would be all worthwhile.
Robert and Tamara discuss how he took control of his life and earned financial freedom. One of the things that have allowed him to live the life he's living, is that he's willing to put the work in, even when it comes to doing certain jobs he doesn't necessarily like. He and his wife became franchisees at the age of 23, but later in their 20s, but through poor planning and knowledge, they went into debt and realized they needed to change their mindset in order to create the kind of life they wanted to live in the future. This meant making tough decisions initially.
Robert dropped many gems and insights in this episode, from,
The biggest thing you can take away from this conversation with Robert is that instead of earning a living, we need to create a life and Robert teaches us how we can do that through educating ourselves and creating new streams of income outside the "9-5." And through developing better habits and rewards systems, we can get things done instead of procrastinating.
Lastly, Robert teaches us the 4 Currencies of Life and why need to work on all areas of our life because the one we don't pay attention to will sabotage the rest.

This week, we're joined by Robin Weaver, MS, INHC. She empowers women, specifically moms to heal their gut issues by improving their mood & reducing stress. She believes we are a culmination of not just WHAT we eat, but HOW we eat, WHY we eat, and WHO we eat with and strives to help women transform their lives because she has overcome her own struggles with the “food-mood relationship”.
Robin sheds light on the link between our gut health and brain health.
Dealing with bipolar disorder, her last psych break led her to psych hospital where she met her best friend who was a catalyst for her getting healthy. That coupled with her relationship with her daughter has led her to be sober for 5 years now,
Developed chronic stomach issues in 2020 which caused her to miss a lot of days at work. Countless tests later, her GI gave her an antidepressant to help with her gut which led her to inquire more. Serotonin (known as the happy chemical) is actually produced in your gut and not your brain as most people believe. The increase of serotonin in her body actually helps to relax her stomach. Her curious nature also led her to study and explore more on the nervous system and how the gut has a direct link to the brain.
We also learn why prebiotics is just as important as probiotics for gut health and the types of food we should be eating to get the right nutrients for our body and gut.
Robin recommends keeping a food journal to understand how certain foods react with your body and overall well-being as well as eating intuitively.
We also learn about how to exercise the vegas nerve such as alternate nostril breathing and a cold shower, which helps with overall stress and anxiety.
