In episode 6, Chris and Devon explain the role of the property management company in your investment relationship with Wealth Cap.
First of all, they find tenants and screen them to make sure they will be a good fit for your property. Once they deem a tenant able to rent they will get the contracts signed, take the first month's rent, and deal directly with the tenant for you. Anything related to the property will go directly through them.
This wraps up our initial series of the WCH Buyer's Guide. In episode 5, Chris and Devon talk about closing on the property and the best way to go about the process.
First off, you'll want to review the HUD and be sure that you close locally. Once that is complete, you are free to set up utilities and we will take care of placing the first tenant with the property management company.

In episode 4, Chris and Devon unpack what you should do once you are under contract.
The first thing is to notify your lender and start the underwriting process (note - don’t buy anything else when you’re buying a house). After that, we will walk you through the appraisal and inspection, obtain insurance, and introduce you to the property management company.

In episode 3, Chris and Devon explain the process from getting on the waitlist to getting you under contract.
Once you're on the waitlist, we will notify you as we have properties coming available. We will then review the financials with you, introduce you to your transaction coordinator, have you sign a purchase contract, send earnest money, and set the closing date.
Properties come and go very quickly, so it will be in your best interest to communicate often and quickly.

If you're listening to the Buyer's Guide you have most likely invested (or plan to invest) in your first property with Wealth Cap Holdings. In this episode, Chris and Devon give an overview of the process, what to expect, and the benefits of investing with a company like Wealth Cap Holdings.
Investing in Wealth Cap Holdings is an amazing opportunity and we're glad that you're a part. The reality is, the amount of work it takes to find a deal, accurately estimate the costs, rehabilitate the property, and turn it around is tremendous. There is a lot of risk involved that we can mitigate for you.
You might be asking, "if the deals are so good why are we flipping them?"
It’s actually a part of our growth plan. Ideally we’d love to hold all the properties but that takes cash flow and, doing it this way creates an incredible opportunity for our people who don’t have the time to go through the strenuous process of investing in real estate.
