On this weeks episode, I was able to speak with Henry Washington. He is a real estate investor who has built a portfolio of 65 rental properties with little to none of his own money in just 4 years. He started off leveraging a 401k and hasn't looked back since. Henry gave a lot of gems from how to find real estate deals, fund deals, and many of the advantages of being in real estate in general. January 04, 2022 Ep. 61 - Relationships and Finances Pt. 2: Running Up the Bag as Independent Insurance Adjusters (feat: Xavier and Adrian)
On this weeks episode, I was able to speak with Xavier and also dive into his relationship of past guest Adrian Crump. Xavier is a former vet who also is killing it as an Independent Insurance Adjuster. We took a deep dive in how he got on his wealth journey and how he made his way to IA and the benefits its provided for him building wealth. We then took a look at Xavier and Adrian's relationship and how they have formed a power couple. We talked about how they handle their finances and have worked together as a team to acquire assets ranging from mobile homes, to stocks and crypto, and are quickly adding to the list. They explain how true focus and putting in the work have led to exponential growth. They also break down how they are able to find balance within their relationship to where they can not only build but enjoy the fruits of their labor.
