A couple of years ago I took part in a thing called ‘GoRuck Challenge’. It is one of the most difficult adventure type races I have ever competed in.

Thankfully I trained some before the challenge took place, but soon realized I should have trained A LOT more.

Most people recognize that if you want to do something that you have never done before, you need some training.
