We are transitioning to another phase of this process from working on the paperwork to making calls.  Stephenson Properties LLC are is on the way to its first deal! Family welcome to episode 3. First and foremost, thank you for tuning in with me as I touch on my recent encounters with the real estate coach and mentor. I lay out my own experience with the coach and mentor in my area and my new coach a celebrity realtor and fund manager of the Tulsa Real Estate Fund, unsure who listen in to find out.

This year I had a plan, "2020 is my action year". Then January rolled around, and the slight whispers of COVID appeared but in China. January turned to February, and by the time of March, it was game over. My action year kinda took a halt due to the pandemic. With all the uncertainties that are brought with tomorrow, the one certain thing was I can not give up on Becoming A Real Estate Investor. I need to find a way, or strategy or something as I will not quit on this. Tune in as I discuss the "new" plans amongst the pandemic.
