Christian formed Mulligan Valley Capital in 2020 as a way to give back to the baseball community after wrapping up a 10-year professional career between the Rockies and Mariners. Christian received his first exposure to real estate in 2015 by investing in and managing his personal portfolio of single-family rentals in Phoenix, Arizona while still playing. As he continued to successfully manage his portfolio, he was surprised to find that not a single one of his teammates was even aware of the benefits of real estate investing.
