In this episode, I'm talking about what it means to trust your own business decisions, how to tell the difference between information and actual evidence, and why constantly changing your direction can have more to do with a lack of trust in yourself than a lack of clarity in your business. Listen, you're going to receive opinions. You're going to see someone doing something differently. You're going to have a month where things don't work. You're going to question yourself. The question is whether you let every new piece of information become a new direction or whether you can listen, observe what your business is actually showing you, make a decision, act on it, and let your reality give you the evidence you need to decide what happens next.
