The average person has around 60,000 thoughts per day. These thoughts can be about our family, chores we need to complete, something that happened yesterday, or what you have a taste for with dinner.
We often stumble in those negative thoughts. These thoughts can paralyze us and we do not even realize it.
Negative thoughts can significantly impact our mental health and overall wellbeing. They can lead to increased stress and anxiety, decreased self-esteem, and a general sense of unhappiness and dissatisfaction with life.
Negative thoughts of business not working, clients not coming in, not making any sales, bad relationships, failed relationships, things people have said that hurt your feelings
Only you are aware of those horrible thoughts that replay over and over in your head.
Did you know you around 30 seconds before a thought turns into a feeling. This is not a lot of time. By the time you complete the thought you are already in the feeling phase without even realizing it.
Stop a thought in its tracks.
When that toxic thought starts coming up, think about something else. I will say nope not today satan. Nope . Think about something else. When you are getting ready to share something about your business, and that thought arises that why are you wasting time doing this nobody is going to buy from you. Nobody wants that offer. Remember what happened last time you shared it no sales nobody even liked the post. Immediately retrain your thought process and think about someone purchasing that offer, or think about your why. Why am I doing this? Is it for freedom to leave your 9-5, generational wealth, to help other people, your kids, your husband,

Candy Washington is a Georgetown alumna, writer, and on-camera talent whose purpose is adding value to the lives of others through storytelling. She executive produced, wrote, and starred in the film, Narcissist, which is available on Amazon Prime Video and SofTV. She also played a lead role in The Salon which was executive produced by Kelsey Grammer and Tom Russo.
She credits her approach to screenwriting to her experience working with Emmy award-winning writer, producer, and actor, Lena Waithe.
She's published four books and hosts a popular HeartRadio podcast, The Soft Life: A Practical Guide to Self-Care, which was named a "Podcast We Love" by Elizabeth Banks' WhoHaha network of inspiring women. Plus, she volunteers at the LA Covenant House for at-risk youth when she's not binging true crime podcasts in her spare time.

What is mental warfare? Those thoughts that arise when you are in solitude, you get overwhelmed with life, responsibilities, bills, family, job, being a business owner, trying to make money in your business, or just being consistent.
Those thoughts make you second guess yourself. Those thoughts you are too ashamed to share with your partner or significant other.
4 Strategies
When life and your business throws you a curve ball do you have a feet and knees together strategy because you never know when you will be thrown into a position you were not prepared for.
This not for entrepreneurs this is for all women.

Create a strategy when you are being attacked by the shark of life so your foundation is firm and you can pull yourself out.
Blindspots happen. Do not let it overwhelm you. Give yourself grace and know it is okay.
Remember when you start being intentional with yourself and your self care the enemy or inner me will come and you can say boldly and with authority I knew you were coming I was waiting on you too.
