I have crawled my way out of many rough times - and half the guys attending our retreats are doing so because they are currently going through a rough patch.

Failure to set boundaries can be catastrophic to your progress long term.

If you don't speak up for your needs, and you tolerate, it leads to resentment. Resentment leads to anger, avoidance & disconnect. Better to keep it real about your needs, and communicate your boundaries.
