College debt is no longer good debt. Higher education is no longer paying a return in increased income. Student loans prevent borrowers from buying loans and settling down. And with the rising cost of tuition, most students have little choice but to borrow. Buying a large expensive home with a huge mortgage will not automatically create wealth. money!
