Using 2 Corinthians 10:3–5 as our foundation, we unpack what Scripture means when it talks about “demolishing strongholds,” and how many of the battles we face begin in the mind through fear, lies, temptation, shame, pride, discouragement, and deception.

We also address the reality of spiritual warfare and demonic influence from a balanced biblical perspective, not from fear or obsession, but through the lens of Christ’s victory and the authority believers have in Him.
