Dr. Caposey expresses his thoughts on how teachers may approach continuous growth, pursuit of excellence by defining integrity and equity and finding courage over comfort. Culture is like a seed: either we produce a nurturing environment or we let the culture erode away. What is important is the story I am telling myself.
