The BOM has released their Spring Forecast for 204, predicting warmer than usual Spring temperatures in NSW and the ACT and increased chances of above average rainfall.

Research Director at Hayden Walker Weather, challenges these claims, saying the Bureau is making an each way bet with its forecast.
