Good morning, Milwaukee! This is your weather update for the next several days, coming to you from the National Weather Service.
Let's dive right into what Mother Nature has in store for us. Tonight, expect a mostly cloudy sky with temperatures dipping down to around 28 degrees. A gentle south wind will be keeping us company at around 5 miles per hour.
Moving into Monday, we've got a bit of a mixed bag. There's a slight chance of rain before 4 pm, with maybe a few sprinkles hanging around between 4 and 5 pm. The day will be partly sunny with temperatures climbing to a mild 44 degrees. Winds will be coming from the south at 5 to 15 miles per hour.
Monday night gets interesting. Rain is likely to roll in after 2 am, with clouds increasing and temperatures settling around 40 degrees. We're looking at a 60 percent chance of precipitation, with less than a tenth of an inch expected.
Tuesday brings more rain, especially after noon. Temperatures will reach near 47 degrees, with a 100 percent chance of precipitation. Expect between a quarter and half an inch of rainfall.
Wednesday is where things get dramatic. We'll see rain transitioning to a rain and snow mix, and then pure snow by late afternoon. Temperatures will play a rollercoaster game - rising to 43 degrees in the morning, then falling to around 33. Winds will be breezy, potentially gusting up to 40 miles per hour.
As we move towards the weekend, we'll see a mix of sunny and partly cloudy days, with temperatures hovering around the low to mid 40s.
