Matthew 7:15 ¶ Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. This Tuesday millions of Americans will give their cast their votes for prominent positions in our nation.

The voting decisions from the people will be very important. The people that we Americans choose to elect to hold positions in authority will not only change the lives in the communities that we’re apart of but the higher positions in office will change lives that are all around the world.

The candidates for the position of the president of the United States have truly shown themselves to be of the world. I mean they have no fear of God in their hearts, actions, and works.

The talking heads in the so-called Christian media world tell us to vote for the lesser evil candidate. There is talk of hope for America if one particular person is elected for president.

There is talk of doom for America if the other person is elected. I suppose either side could have this opinion.

One of the candidates is praised to be the modern day King Cyrus who will help us to rebuild our spiritually speaking wall of hope and prosperity of our wall of peace and security. The other candidate is rumored to be a murderer and will seek to destroy Christianity in America.

Both of these candidates represent the attitude and lifestyle of the people of America. Arrogant self willed my way or the highway. Spiritually speaking standing in the Garden of Eden eating the fruit from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil that is forbidden by God.

Isaiah 1:18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.

God is giving everyone a chance to repent and to make things right with Him. He has even gone as far as coming to this earth born as a little defenseless baby to live as we live and to experience death as we do. He healed thousands and fed thousands he also raised people from the dead.

He let himself be found guilty of religious laws and was killed by one of the most terrible ways to die. He was stripped of his clothes beaten and spat upon and finally hung on a cross mocked and scorned. He gave up His life so that we would have life eternally.

Isaiah 53:5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

There is a remedy for your sickness and there is a remedy for your pain. There is a remedy for your addictions and there is a remedy brain. There is a remedy for whatever condition you’re facing today but there can be no help for you if you’re not willing to realize the state and condition that you’re in and that you’re standing with God is guilty.

Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

God is holy He is intolerant to sin. He does not compromise the standards of His will so that we can do what we want to make ourselves happy. Sin is sin in the eyes of God and there must be a payment for sin because the Lord requires it. The only payment that can be paid for sin is blood, it is what the Lord requires.

Leviticus 17:11 For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul. There is life in the blood.

Commentary

The sinner deserved to die; therefore the sacrifice must die. Now, the blood being so the life that ordinarily beasts were killed for man’s use by the drawing out of all their blood, God appointed the sprinkling or pouring out of the blood of the sacrifice upon the altar to signify that the life of the sacrifice was given to God instead of the sinner’s life, and as a ransom or counter-price for it; therefore without the shedding of blood there was no remission for sins commited.

Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Here’s the ultimate that you must understand. The blood of animals is not enough to appease the Lord of the universe. God is just and holy and He must be justified and true. He commands righteousness! Not compromise as mankind does today! We are liar’s murderers and adulterers at heart and we our driven by our sin nature that is within us when we choose right over wrong.

Galatians 5:17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.

We have in us things that are not right morally and that’s why we sin and do the things that we know are wrong.

Romans 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

God the creator of all things created us to worship Him and to fellowship with Him in His Kingdom but we gave in to temptation and gave the enemy a right to afflict us with his temptations and adversities. The Lord was not taken by surprise when sin was chosen and mankind fell under the bondage of sin. He had and has a plan to reconcile mankind back to himself.

The root cause for all of the wicked and evil things that we’re faced with in this life is sin and the only answer is the Cross of Jesus Christ. We need a new moral order.

We have been given a fixed amount of time here on this earth. The Lord has given each one of us time to seek the truth. We have been given time to learn and to teach. We have been given time to give and to take. We have been given time to sew into the lives of others, and we have been given time to see those fruits come forth and produce, whether they are fruits that yield righteousness and give honor and glory to God, or if they be fruits that bring shame to ourselves and to God. Make no mistake in believing that you will reap what we sow.

The Lord’s Word is for His people. It has been preserved for them. It is for instruction, discretion, wisdom, and reproof. The foundations have been destroyed in the hearts of many believers because the enemy has come and stolen away the truth and has left a seed of corruption that has produced spiritual death. It’s not that they have stopped believing in God. It’s not that they stopped attending church. It’s not that they have stopped reading the Word. It is because they have become spiritually blind and have followed all the religious rule’s that lead many to believe that they have some great standing with the Lord. They have become pure in their own eyes because the works of their flesh but their eye’s and ears have become closed to the truth. The so-called Church of Jesus Christ is whistling past the graveyard. They are pretending that everything is alright when it’s not!

Luke 17:26-27  26 And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man. 27 They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all.

Revelation 14:7 Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.

In the last book of the bible we find in the book of Revelation the final warning message from God. The Word tells us to turn from our wicked ways and fear God who has created all things and give Him reverence and abide in Him.

The Lord blesses those who abide in Him. By abiding in Him we follow His ways and His Word.

Many people today have chosen to follow their own ideal and ways. Many will twist the Word of God to justify the sin in their life.

God cannot be mocked His Word endures forever and the truth will always be identified in time.
