This is my exact website design onboarding process that I use with all of my website design clients.

What We’ll Cover:

Why Redesign? Find out why putting off a website redesign can hurt your business and how making the website redesign a priority can boost your sales.

Getting Organized: Within my website onboarding process, I create a Google Drive folder for all your branding goodies, from logos to color palettes and fonts. This will act as the home base for all of the assets for the website build.

Brand photography: I’ll ask you to submit any photos that you want included within your website redesign.

Brand questionnaire: This tool helps me get to know your brand’s vibe and vision so I can create a site that truly represents you.

Website Copy: I provide a simple template to help you outline your website’s text.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Prep: I’ll ask you to provide a few ideas for SEO keywords (aka what your audience might type into Google to find your business online).

Technical Details: I will also need some technical details - like domain name and hosting platform access.

Project Management: We’ll use Asana to keep everything on track and communicate throughout the project.

Kickoff Call: Once you have gathered all of the necessary materials - we’ll jump on a call to ensure all questions have been answered before diving into designing the website.
