Dr. Dyan Haspel-Johnson joined me to talk all things sleep & hypnosis. None of us get enough sleep and that’s just a hard truth but Dyan gave us some tools that can change this. She teaches us the benefits of rest and what we can do to fall asleep easier and wake up feeling better.

Today I sat down with Karen, a certified Sound Therapist. After a full session of Vibrational Sound Therapy with this multifaceted, wise woman, I gave my first hand account of my experience and she breaks down the world of energy medicine and sound therapy.
