In this episode I talk to Sammi who married her wife Caitie in Birregurra in March 2024 on a 40 degree day!

Sammi and Caitie had a small guest list for their ceremony, and then followed it up with a larger guest list for their reception. In this episode Sammi talks a lot about the conversation that they had before they started planning their wedding to make sure their values aligned and that they were both happy with what they were planning. In this episode I talk to Kim who married her husband Justin in Sydney in February 2023. Kim talks about how she managed to plan her entire wedding in 6 months and managed to keep a low budget of around $30,000 which is a huge accomplishment in the city!

Kim got a lot of compliments from her wedding planning and so has gone on to launch her own wedding planning business called The Finery, and she talks about how she went about launching the business and what is included in it. In this episode, Peta tells us about her wedding to her husband Liam, in country Victoria. Peta and Liam chose to get married in Wimmera as a way to keep to their budget, as they found that country venues were cheaper than big city ones. 

They DIY'd a lot and used second hand items to help them save money and were able to keep their budget to $20,000.
