  2. overhead knee repeaters
  3. burpees
  4. speed ball shuffle
  5. mountain climbers
  6. in in out out jogging on spot
  7. shuffle shuffle shuffle touch the floor
  8. star jumps
  9. inch worms
  10. high knee jogging
