Wednesday Messages

Join us this week as we continue our thru the Bible, verse by verse study. In tonight's study, we see in Isaiah 41 the folly of idols and their inability to help man. The true God is sovereign over all and we can have no fear because He is with us, and where we are weak, He is strong!

In our Thru the Bible study, we are journeying through the Bible, at a pace of around a chapter a week! We invite you to join us in this discovery of God's Word!

In Isaiah 39 we see a test that God has for Hezekiah...and how he handles it...how he fails it. Join us to see this and learn from the lesson God was teaching him.

Join us this week as we continue our thru the Bible, verse by verse study. In tonight's study, we see how God is working in Hezekiah's life. Hezekiah is near death and cries out to God, and God hears his prayers and answers immediately. Hezekiah then sings a song of thanksgiving to the Lord. Has there been a time in your life when God has answered your prayer? What was your response to Him?

Join us this week as we continue our thru the Bible, verse by verse study. In tonight's study, we see God's word to Hezekiah (do not be afraid - God will deliver you) as Hezekiah deals with the Assyrians. We see how Hezekiah prays to the Lord and God answered his prayer, and gives him a "song in the night". This is true for us today - prayer works and God answers!

Join us this week as we continue our thru the Bible, verse by verse study. In the next 4 chapters of Isaiah, we see the focus on Hezekiah - both his faith and his folly. In tonight's study, we read that Assyria has come up against Judah. We also see the Rabshakeh's taunt and he tried to undermine Hezekiah's response is to seek prayer for Isaiah, who tells him to not be afraid - God will deliver them.

Join us this week as we continue our thru the Bible, verse by verse study. In tonight's study, we are in Isaiah 34, which is sometimes considered a "mini Bible". Interestingly there are 66 books of the Bible, and 66 books of Isaiah. 39 books of the Bible (chapters in Isaiah) are about God's judgment on His sinful people, and 27 books of the Bible (chapters in Isaiah) are about the comfort God brings to those who trust and obey!
