Erika is continuing her moving process so Hampter is back behind the wheel of the Cozy Coupe War Rig as AEW rolls into Athens Georgia to raise awareness and funds for ALS research on behalf of their very own Rebel Heart. It was also a somber night as AEW mourned their fallen brother Andy "The Butcher" Williams who sadly passed away in the ring. In spite of it all what a night of Graps. Mercedes brings the BDE. The Debut of El Hijo Del Stinger. And we all learn the importance of Stroke in the Industry from our VERY SPECIAL GUEST.

All In is now all done. There's almost entirely new champions across the board, new wrestlers debuted, and Dynamite was the place to hit the ground running on a new leg of stories in AEW. How did they do? Three challengers stepped up to take a swing at new Men's World Champion Will Ospreay and Thekla emerged to put Mercedes Mone on notice. Copeland and Cage laid out a challenge for All Out that might involve some furniture, and Swerve and the recently debuted New Level put their newly won Trios Titles on the line against The Rascalz. Elsewhere, The Only Italian Wrestler, Francesco Akira led the United Empire into battle against The Demand and The Dogs in a massive main event 10-man tag match. I guess Ospreay and Andrade were in it too. All this plus mystery jerky, big birds, and Hampter finally got to The Truth Commission in their Monday Night Wars rewatch.

Now to just light this fuse like normal and recline nicely in a comfy chair because nothing else will happen. What? Why are you all staring at the screen behind me? Aw, cripes...

We are still chugging along to All In and this is kind of the go home show for the go home show in Glasgow next time. Pretty exciting stuff happening in the city of Baltimore though. Will Ospreay and Kenny Omega have a face-to-face discussion to make sure we understand that they are wrestling eat other at Wembly and there are more reasons to care besides it will be pretty cool. Like New Japan attendance numbers from 2020-2021. Riveting! If that doesn't float your boat, we've got some wrestling too I guess. Do you like Jon Moxley vs. Jay White? We did! Do you like the United Empire's little Italian wrestler? Hampter does! Maya World defended the TBS Title in a four-way! Nigel McGuinness and Hechicero went at it! And Ospreay accidentally unlocks double secret hidden boss Kenny Omega. Wild.

There was so much dank in the arena this week, it was really fun but that fuse sure is hard to light now...

Spin the roulette, double down on 21, poker face, and other assorted gambling references! Dynamite is in Las Vegas this week and while we weren't completely blown away by everything, they managed a solid show with an excellent main event! Ospreay finds that having no friends sucks, Don Callis thinks the show is about him, MJF qualifies for the #2 spot in the Casino Gauntlet, and manages to give Nick Wayne some pointers in the process. Plus, Mercedes attacked Willow, Kevin Knight had to fend off a challenge from Chris Jericho, and the women's division had like a whole 30 minutes of the show of high quality. And then Jon Moxley and Whittlin' Jack turned in one of the best TV main events of the year. All this and also sky clams!

The Cozy Coupe is getting steam cleaned. Or was if you can't tell from the episode picture. Just light the dang fuse, dude.

AEW emanates from the Cathedral of Lucha Libre once again for Grand Slam Mexico! Last year was such a success they were bound to do it again, but this time they brought the build to All In! And what's a big show without a surprise guest? Erika is out this week, but tagged in Hamptercero to rev up the Fake Fights Cozy Coupe while Ella recruited Kat from Chatter Machine to be our Third Man (gender neutral) this week! AEW in Arena Mexico does not disappoint and they seemed intent on outdoing last year's show with big returns, bloody matches, and high stakes title matches! Redemption is in the book and the latest episode of AEW Dynamite hit the pedal to the metal into the final stretch toward All In in London! And they really did manage to find an extra gear in front of a red hot Detroit crowd with a night of new champions, hot matches, and high stakes laid out. Andrade defended his newly won National Championship in a triple threat, Maya World put her TBS title on the line against, Persephone, Komander challenged a now Ospreay-less Jon Moxley, and the Conglomeration clashed with The Demand over the Trios Titles! Plus, we had two excellent segments setting up the now official Men's and Women's World Title matches at Wembly. Willow in particular made us all cry with the best promo segment of the year. Plus, all our usual nonsense digressions and the real stuff you all come here for!

Like the fuse and try to keep from tearing up!

Kevin Knight defended his TNT Championship ahead of his Men's World Title challenge, while Kenny Omega, Will Ospreay, and Jon Moxley formed an unlikely all-star team to take on the Don Callis Family! Also, Divine Dominion vs. Sisters of Sin in a No DQ match, The Bang Bang Gang has a challenge for The Dogs, Willow and Thekla have their face-to-face and Brodido throw down against ProtOkada. All this, plus, detachable gimmicks!

We're in Boston this week which probably means Vintage CEO Time(tm) in the main event! Willow teams with Maya World and Hyan to battle Mercedes Mone and Divine Dominion in what could be previews for future title feuds down the line. Even if not, we love to see the women main event a Dynamite. Elsewhere, Kevin Knight thinks MJF's promises to him transfer to Kenny Omega, Darby sounds a lot like Jon Moxley, Wheeler Yuta and Daniel Garcia try bringing the Men's Tag Titles to the Death Riders, and Andrade fights Jake Doyle for a shot at the National Title! A fun episode, to be sure. Plus, the origin story of Tommy Chompers is revealed in Cryptid of the Week and we have a suggestion for a tattoo Darby can get.

Lighting the fuse for fun and profit, but it's mostly for fun because there's zero profit in this. Let's go!

Dynamite hits the beach with an episode that completely shakes up the landscape of AEW just over a month away from All In. Kenny Omega bets it all on one last shot at MJF's Men's World Title with The Stip hanging over his head if he loses. Former friends clash as Konosuke Takeshita defends the International Title against Kyle Fletcher. Ciampa and Jericho clash in a battle of two dudes who are certainly guys. And the first match for Redemption is set in a Women's Casino Gauntlet match to determine the number one contender for Thekla's Women's World Title. Also, Mick Foley appears, Darby continues planting explosives everywhere, Andrade is overdressed for Florida, and Hampter leaves us all speechless. Don't forget to take hydrations breaks with this one, folks.
