Pardon the pun, but Dynamite starts out 2026 with a bang! The first Wednesday Night Fake Fights of the year and while they could have played it easy with a big named show next week but no, they decided to go all out to welcome the new year! Shelton Benjamin collides with Jon Moxley in an Eliminator match, Sammy Guevara and the chip on his shoulder challenge Bandido, there's an Elite reunion... kind of? Then Toni Storm and Marina Shafir have a long awaited singles clash and then we go lights out for the main event! Actually, the lights going out was for sure a running theme. AEW pivoting to lighting issues instead of audio issues would be some real character development! ALSO! The Madness of Queen Mone continues apace.

Anyway, come light the fuse. Distract yourself a bit from the horrors. Find new horrors, like Sammy's moustache.

Happy New Year, goofs and graps fans! It's already 2026 by the time you're listening to this, but AEW had to throw a New Year's Bash to close out what was a great year for them. And damn, they sure don't use these holiday episodes as an excuse to take the night off. Jon Moxley turned in another gritty babyface performance, the National Title was on the line, and Willow and Mercedes renewed their foundational rivalry for the TBS Title in the main event. And if you like nuts, they ran back the Mixed Nuts Tag Match from World's End with The Conglomeration and Death Riders. Mina Shirakawa might be out to permanently end Orange Cassidy after this one, folks.

The holidays are upon us and so is the World's End! Dynamite unleashes their Christmas Eve edition from the legendary Hammerstein Ballroom to wrap up 2025. The Continental Classic is practically a dead heat right now, but one man was able to punch his ticket to the semi-finals as an early gift to himself. Also, Bandido and Ricochet squared off for the Dynamite Diamond Ring, Marina Shafir is the hardest woman on the roster, Gabe Kidd is back, and Hangman and Swerve deliver their response to MJF's surprise from last week. Winter is Coming is one of AEW's biggest episodes of Dynamite and the 2025 edition might have been the best one yet. Eddie Kingston stepped up to challenge Samoa Joe for the AEW Men's World Championship in the main event while we also had the first ever Women's World Tag Team Champions crowned! Elsewhere, the Continental Classic delivered two giant matches with Kyle Fletcher and Mike Bailey having one of the best TV matches of the year and Jack Perry did... well maybe the most memorable thing of the year. Also, everyone's favorite "enemies to lovers" duo finally teamed up officially for the first time ever!

Warning to all listeners: do not light the fuse with your teeth.

Babe, wake up! It's time for the Continental Classic! Fresh off a violent Full Gear, Dynamite kicks the annual round robin tournament off with four huge matches and high drama already! Elsewhere, the tournament to crown Women's Tag Team Champions chugs along with the Babes of Wrath battling The Sisters of Sin in the semi-finals and Toni Storm announces her and Mina's stipulation for their own semi-final next week. Plus, Samoa Joe gets a championship celebration which was of course disrupted by everyone's favorite enemies to lovers, Swerve and Hangman! Oh yeah, and this happened on Thanksgiving Eve. We all love a holiday themed wrestling show, don't we folks?
