You should love yourself – God loves you with an immeasurable love and desires to restore you into His image – but the love for self this world encourages ignores your faults and destructive behaviors. The love God has for us wants to redeem and restore. It acknowledges the fact that we’re sinful and in need of saving. As Pastor Ron will remind us in today’s message, we are not okay on our own. We desperately need supernatural intervention to be made whole in the selfless love God designed us to live in.
