Yesterday we talked about how In discipleship, we each need a Paul (a mentor who challenges us), a Barnabas (a peer who encourages us), and a Timothy (someone we invest in). These relationships help us grow spiritually and fulfill the call to make disciples. Discipling can happen in formal settings like Bible studies or in informal moments like over coffee. When we meet, we share life updates, talk about God’s Word, and pray together. Be intentional—look around Station Hill for those who could be your Paul, Barnabas, or Timothy, and take the next step in building these Christ-centered relationships.

Last week we talked about how Discipleship is relational and intentional. We disciple others for our joy and God’s glory.Scripture shows the deep joy of seeing others walk in truth (Phil. 1:3–5; 4:1; 1 Thess. 2:19–20), and Jesus calls us to bear lasting fruit as we remain in Him (John 15). So, who should you disciple? Start with church members, those in proximity, who are F.A.T.(Faithful, Available, Teachable), and of the same gender. Discipleship isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about loving others, walking together in faith, and helping one another follow Jesus more closely, for His glory and our joy.
