Beyond a Politics of Difference

I am sure that the three men who confessed their desire to follow Jesus were sincere. They just didn’t want it bad enough. So, the question for us today is: How bad do we want it? If we want it bad enough, then we will just do the thing.

Psalm 139 comes to remind us that we are so much bigger than our circumstances. In verse 14 the Psalmist brings to our attention the Truth that we have been marvelously set apart by God. This setting apart highlights the unique qualities that each of us brings to this world. By divine design we have been equipped with everything that we need to get through, get around, and get over life’s tragedies.
