This week's topic was the Vishuddha (Throat Chakra) which converts inner experience into expression. Was really down to the wire. Last few weeks I've gotten an instrumental 60% of the way there, then spent a ridiculous amount of time ideating lyrics, followed by rushing to track them and running out of time to do much else with the instrumental. Was determined to not need a late link so all sorts of weird shit remains in the final cuz I had to hit the export button to make the deadline

Ancient Indian cosmology had five elements: earth, water, fire, air, and space. Sound travels through space. Speech happens in space. So the throat chakra gets linked to the element where sound exists.

Don’t speak before thoughts are clear.

Clear speech requires clear thoughts.

After refinement, speech reveals the structure of consciousness
