Meditation is one of Tracy’s favorite daily practices and this week Steph, Melody & Tracy discuss their experience with the Tony Robbins meditation along with their thoughts around meditation, it is full of tips, what each person learned and of course Tracy’s own testimonial and thoughts on meditation. It is a powerful and life changing practice that is best exhibited over time. Melody shares how her prayer journal is blessing her life along with how she self coached this past week and how challenging it was. Steph was able to hit 22,000 steps a day and is establishing that new pattern in her life. Tracy hit her AM routine goals every day and published three Instagram reels.
