Today we interview Steph's running Coach Melody Bateman with Body Smart Mobile Health. "Running should be tailored because everyone's body is so different," says Melody. She doesn't believe in sticking to cookie-cutter running plans. "I create plans that work for you and your schedule, needs, wants and goals." She believes that all schedules need to be tentative, so if you aren't having a good day, you can modify your training. Melody is a firm believer that your running coach should help you figure out how to listen to your body, so you know when to scale down and when to push yourself harder.
