This week - Reconnect with a referral partner to remind them that you exist and would love to support them.
Mentioned in this episode: Simple, brief script to use as a template for outreach:
"Hi [Name], I was just thinking about you and the great work you do with [X patients]. How are you? How’s business? Hope you’re doing well. I’d love to reconnect soon. If you have a patient who might benefit from acupuncture, please feel free to send them my way. And of course I’ll continue sending people your way as often as I can. Loved your recent IG post on [xyz]. If there’s anything else I can do to support you and your work, please let me know.”
If you haven’t touched base with them in awhile, you can add,
“Should I still send you [xyz] kind of patients? Are they still your favorite /your focus? Let me know so I can best support you and your practice.”
