Week 19 | Slowing down to speed things up

Slowing down seems counter-intuitive to getting a lot done. However, intentionally slowing down has some obvious benefits. When we slow down we can focus on the quality of our results. We lessen the likelihood of burnout. We have the capacity to make better informed choices. We are aware enough of our surroundings to consider where we are and if we want to be there. This week we will discuss each of these as well as ways to slow down.
